Ricoh SP 330SFN Laser Multifunction Printer Black and White ($305) is an all-in-one machine designed for light to medium duty use in small offices. Like most similar engines today, the 330SFN produces high-quality black output and grayscale, and competes very quickly. The operating costs are high enough to move it to a lower volume environment, and you’ll have to pay extra for wireless networks and Wi-Fi Direct. Despite these two rather minor complaints, the 330SFN has far more power than it lacks and survives well in today’s highly competitive monochrome AIO market.
Most business-oriented AIO nowadays comes with two ways to configure, monitor, and operate devices: the control panel and the built-in website (Ricoh refers to the latter as a Web Image Monitor). The 330SFN control panel, shown in the image below, consists of several buttons, several LED status indicators, a number board, and a spacious 4.3-inch color touchscreen.
